Reduce the distance between action and feedback
Incentives lose momentum when participants must leave their daily workflow to discover what changed. A Slack or Microsoft Teams connection can surface a qualified deal, new SPIFF, milestone, leaderboard update, or points event while it is still relevant.
Choose a small set of high-value moments
Every message should explain what happened, why it matters, and where to act. Link to the relevant program view instead of dropping participants at a generic home screen.
- Qualified deal or sales updates
- Weekly leaderboard and proximity summaries
- SPIFF launches and deadline reminders
- Milestone and certification progress
- Private nudges tied to the next action
Control the noise
Use real-time messages for genuinely time-sensitive events and scheduled summaries for everything else. Let administrators select the destination channel, audience, cadence, template, and enabled event types. Reuse the spaces teams already understand.
Connect the data and prove adoption
Map CRM or program events to approved message types, then track clicks, program participation, redemptions, leaderboard activity, and campaign completion. The integration succeeds when it makes the program easier to act on—not when it simply produces more notifications.
